Politica de retur
If the item is not suitable for you, you have 14 calendar days to return the product. JOYFUL DESIGN guarantees that it will return the value of any items provided that they have been kept in proper condition before return.
Products that will be unsealed without original labels or packaging will not be accepted for return. If you would like to return a product, please contact us by email at email@example.com, where the following will be specified:
- the product(s) he / she wishes to return
- the reason for the return
- the option to replace the product or refund the amount
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal
Custom-made items, made to customer's specifications or customized, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, according to Ordinance 34/2014 COM ONLINE, art. 16, lit C.
In order to process the return of a product, the customer is asked to follow these steps:
- the returned products must be in the same condition in which they were shipped.
- the following products may not be returned in accordance with the law: intentionally damaged products, products that show signs of wear, with original labels on both paper and damaged or torn internal labels, products that have been washed or cleaned with various solutions.
- products that have been subjected to unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use are not accepted.
- the return is made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact.
If, however, the product is returned with signs of damage (which have not been specified), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a partial refund of the payment + other initial shipping costs.
If you have received a product other than the one ordered, the return / exchange costs will be borne by Joyful Design.
If you have changed your mind about the product or are not satisfied with it, the cost of the return will be borne by you.
If the product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced or if the stock is exhausted, the value of the ordered product will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be borne by Joyful Design. (In case of receipt of a defective product, we must be notified within 24 hours).
If the product breaks down within 14 days, it will be replaced free of charge, repaired or refunded (depending on the case).
The return amount will be refunded to the buyer as follows:
- for orders paid online, by card: by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
- for orders paid by cash on delivery: by bank transfer.
Refunds will represent the price paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs (except for defective items).
Please respect the deadline for returning the goods. The value of the returned goods will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment the product reaches us and is verified.
Please keep proof of shipment of the returned package until the end of the process of analyzing any claim, and in the case of returned goods until the time of refund.
The return is made in the same way as the delivery (by express courier).
