  • Which courier company delivers the order?
    Joyful Design products are delivered by the express courier company DPD Romania.


  • How long will the order take me?
    The products are made to order within 2-3 weeks. After completing the order, it will be delivered in 24-48 hours by courier.

    Occasionally there will be products in stock that can be delivered within 2-3 working days. These will be reported accordingly in a dedicated section.

    The order is delivered based on the address communicated in the order.

    Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.



  • What if I received a defective product?
    Please contact us at contact@joyfuldesign.ro within 24 hours of delivery of the package, stating the invoice number and the defective product. In this case, for which we apologize, we will replace your product or return your money, and the transport of the product will be borne by us.



  • What kind of payments are accepted?
    Payment in cash upon delivery of the package (refund), by paying the amount due to the representative of the courier company (DPD) or by card, directly on the website.



  • Can an order be canceled?
    There is a possibility to cancel the order by written request to the e-mail address contact@joyfuldesign.ro, within 2 hours of placing your order. If the order is canceled after it has been delivered, the shipping costs will be deducted from the payment made initially.
